Welcome to our little piece of heaven. Island City Harbor is nestled on the Mighty Mississippi River. We offer many services here at the Marina. Our Harbor store has nautical decor, handmade jewelry, clothing, and a bait shop. 

The marina offers indoor and outdoor boat storage, slips, and we have a certified Marine Technician on hand for your every need. 

If you need a little getaway, the Nantucket Floating Cottage is a great place to vacation. It sleeps up to 6  people. It offers a quaint screened in porch area where you can sit and enjoy your coffee. Come and enjoy the breathtaking landscapes and views of  valleys of Jackson County.  

Sabula, Iowa is Iowa's only Island City and is nestled in the driftless area. Untouched and beautiful. We invite all of you to come and visit, stay, and enjoy our beautiful area.
